The museum’s collection of prints and drawings transcends time, geography, artistic intent, and subject matter. French, British, and Italian engravings; Pictorialist photographs; Modernist drawings; Post-War abstract, conceptual, Pop and Op art prints, woodblocks, and lithographs; and digital archival prints are included in the permanent collection. Highlights include Pablo Picasso's etching suite The Unknown Masterpiece, an extensive set of drawings by George Morrison (Grand Portage Ojibwe), and prints by Emma Amos, Yreina Cervantez, Judy Chicago, Kiki Smith, and Nancy Spero.
