March 29, 2022 through April 24, 2022

The Annual Student Exhibition opens on March 29th and features the work of 43 artists who took classes in the Department of Art & Design over the last year. The accepted pieces were chosen by jurors, Nishant Saldanha and Yahya Rushdi, who will be talking about their creative activity on April 5th as part of the Visual Culture Lecture Series. The exhibition features work from a range of media including animation, ceramics, digital art, drawing, graphic design, motion graphics, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and video. 

The exhibition design was created, in close collaboration with the Tweed Museum of Art staff, by students currently enrolled in graphic design courses at UMD.
